In order to chaperone and volunteer at some events, you must have all of your clearances submitted to the school district.
Below are all of the clearances you must have before uploading them to the online portal:

Once you have collected all of your clearances, upload them to the PMSD Employment Portal
-Click on Volunteers on the left and then Apply on the right-
Once all steps are completed in your account set-up and you submit your application to become a volunteer, the district will review your account. Within 48 hours (business days) you will receive an email from the coordinator indicating that either your application is approved, or that an item(s) in your application needs to be updated. When the updates, if any, are completed you will be all set to volunteer for the district!
